The UNBC Commerce Student Society is excited to announce that we will once again be taking part in the 5 Days for the Homeless campaign! This campaign has groups of students all across Canada sleeping outside from March 10th-15th, eating only through donation and raising money and awareness for the homeless. This campaign, which started in 2007, has raised over $240,000 dollars last year alone, and has continued to grow at a phenomenal rate since it was founded only a few years ago. CSS will be looking for students who are willing to contribute to the cause, either by engagement or donation, or simply to spread the word for this great cause! If you are interested in signing up for this campaign (keep in mind, this means no showers, no phones, and sleeping in potentially extreme northern climate conditions) please contact our VP Charity Grant Bachand at grant@unbccss.ca.
